Overview

The Rental Dispute Center (RDC) is the judicial arm of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), established to resolve rental conflicts between landlords and tenants quickly, fairly, and transparently.

Fees

  • Dubai Land Department: 3.5% of annual rent (min AED 500 – max AED 20,000)
  • Trustee Fees: AED 535

  • POA issued in Dubai court has no expiry.
  • POA issued outside UAE: valid for 2 years (selling) / 5 years (buying).
