Overview
Property transfers for DMCC-registered companies are managed with complete compliance to Dubai Land Department and DMCC regulations, ensuring smooth approvals and secure ownership transfer.
Fees
- Dubai Land Department Fees:
- Land = 4% of sale value + AED 430
- Land: 4% of property value + AED 430 + 0.25% of Ejarah value + AED 20
Registration Fees (Credit Card or Cash)
- Below AED 500,000 = AED 2,100
- AED 500,000 & above = AED 4,200
Required Documents
- Title Deed (Original/Copy)
- NOC from developer (Original/Electronic)
- Sales contract via Dubai REST app or MOU
- DMCC Trade License (Copy)
- Share Extract (valid 6 months, showing all shareholders & shares)
- MOA + Amendments (if any)
- DMCC NOC (Buying)
- Good Standing Certificate (if applicable)
- Shareholders/Board Resolution or POA signed by all shareholders
- Emirates ID (buyer/seller/POA)
- Passport copy with entry stamp (if non-resident)
- Manager’s Cheque under Seller’s name
Important Notes
- POA issued in Dubai court has no expiry.
- POA issued outside UAE: valid for 2 years (selling) / 5 years (buying).
- All signatories must present original Passport, Visa, and Emirates ID.
